REFUNDS

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable*.

*In the event that a performance is cancelled, you will be contacted via email or phone and given the option to receive a refund for that performance. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser of the tickets.

EXCHANGES

Tickets may be exchanged by calling the Box Office at 250-385-6815. If printed tickets have been issued, those tickets must be returned to the Box Office before the exchange can be made. Tickets marked “VOID” may be returned by email or regular mail, or brought to the Box Office in person during regular office hours.

Tickets purchased outside of a subscription package may only be exchanged within the run of the show for which they were originally purchased.

Tickets purchased within a subscription package may be exchanged for tickets to any other show within that package.

Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 1 hour prior to the  start of the performance. This provides the Box Office the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets.

REPRINTS

In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit or call the Box Office before your performance date to arrange reprints. Reprinted tickets will only be available for pick up on the day of the performance.

LATECOMERS & READMISSION

Admission is not guaranteed for patrons who arrive after the scheduled start time of a performance, or who exit during the performance. Latecomers and patrons seeking readmission may be seated during intermission or at designated moments when entry will cause the least disruption to the actors and audience, and may be placed in a different seat than originally purchased.

Late entry and readmission is at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Belfry is proud to produce adult contemporary theatre, and most of our productions are not suitable for younger children.

Children under ten (10) years of age will not be admitted to regular Belfry productions.

Age restriction may vary on individual productions – call box office to inquire about tickets for children under ten.
