How To Save
Not sure about committing to season tickets? We still have ways to save you money when you buy for individual shows.
Location, Location, Location – for our Mainstage shows, we have three price zones: Prime seats (our Green Zone) are in the best, most popular locations. Our less expensive Midrange seats (Yellow Zone) are still good, but may be at a slight angle or affected by the overhang of the balcony. Red Zone seats are in the corners of the balcony, with potentially restricted sightlines, and are only $20.
See a Preview – we offer our lowest regular prices on the first Tuesday and Wednesday of our Mainstage shows. These Previews are before the reviews come out, but the show is ready for you to enjoy.
Buy Early – on our Mainstage shows, we take $5 off the price of our Friday and Saturday seats if you book at least a week before Opening Night.
Join us for the First Weekend – on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the run, we offer Prime seats at Midrange prices. You’ll save $5 to $10, and get some of the best views in the house.
Be Spontaneous – in the last half-hour before any Mainstage performance (excluding Opening Night), we offer a limited number of Rush tickets at a 50% discount. The Rush ticket discount is available for Midrange (Yellow Zone) and Red Zone seats only, and is subject to availability.
Please drop us a line at email@example.com or call the Box Office at 250-385-6815 if you have any questions.
General Discounts – Mainstage Season
Students (age 10+, including High School and Post-Secondary) – 50%
Seniors (age 65+) – 10%
Members of the Military – 25%
Groups (10 or more) – 10%
Discounts will be applied to whatever seat you choose. You may be asked to show valid ID to claim your discount. Discounts cannot be combined with Rush Seating or any other offer. Some performances and events may be excluded.
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) providing they are received at the Box Office (in person, by mail, fax or email) at least 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Exchanges are $1 per ticket (free for season ticket holders). If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.
We don’t really have any. If you would like us to mail your single tickets to you in advance, we will charge you $2.00 to cover postage and the cost of the envelope. That’s all.
Whether you buy your tickets over the internet, by phone, or in person, we won’t charge you extra for your convenience — all part of our commitment to the best possible patron experience.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. All ticket prices are subject to change. GST not included.
