Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Society will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the Belfry Theatre, 1291 Gladstone Avenue, Victoria, British Columbia. All members of the Society are invited and encouraged to attend, as we will be ratifying the Society’s revised constitution and by-laws in keeping with the new Societies Act. Only members of the Belfry Theatre Society may vote on resolutions, but everyone is welcome to join us.
(A member is any individual who has donated a minimum of $25.00 to the Society between Sep 1, 2017 and Sep 1, 2018).

Following the AGM session, guests are invited to return to the lobby for further refreshments.
