Parking
You may park free of charge in the Victoria High School parking lot during any evening or weekend performance. Bus Service
The Belfry is serviced directly by the 22 Haultain / Burnside Bus. Routes 1, 2, 24, 25, 27 & 28 all stop within three blocks of the theatre. Routes 11 & 14 stop within five blocks of the theatre.

BC Transit website >

Bicycles
There are a number of bike racks in the courtyard outside the theatre.

PickupPal
We encourage you to try this new online service. It enables you to be matched with another Belfry patron coming to see a show at the same time. You can reduce your carbon footprint, save a few dollars, and meet new people. Check it out and let us know how it works for you.

Bank Machine
There is a bank machine just outside the Fernwood Inn, across the street from the theatre.

Wheelchair Access
The Belfry is fully wheelchair accessible, including a wheelchair accessible washroom. As space within the theatre is limited, we ask you to book wheelchair seating in advance.

Guide & Companion Dogs / Puppies in Training
Guide and medically required companion dogs are welcome in the theatre, as are puppies in training. For audience safety and comfort you must inform us that you are bringing a dog when you book your tickets.

Perfume & Cologne
Please refrain from using perfume / cologne when you come to the theatre. Some of our patrons are highly allergic to scents.

Audience Advice / Running Times
We make every effort to make you aware of any language, subject matter or technical (strobe lights, special effects) advisories we have in effect. Please look for signs at the entrances to the theatre. You may also call the Box Office at 250-385-6815 after the first preview – they will have the latest information.

Latecomers & Readmission
The Director of each production designates moments in the show when the seating of latecomers will cause the least amount of distraction for actors and audience members.  Should you leave the theatre, our House Manager will not be able to reseat you until one of these breaks.

Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production/subject to availability) providing they are received at the Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued.  Exchanges are $1 per ticket (free for season ticket holders).  If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.

Gift Certificates
They make terrific Christmas, birthday or anniversary presents. Please call the Box Office and we will send you the certificate (any value.) The recipient can then select the production and dates at their leisure.
