During Non-Performance Weeks:

The Box Office is also open one hour prior to any performance for in person sales only.
The Belfry accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online, telephone, or in-person purchases, as well as Interac, cheques (please make payable to the Belfry Theatre), and cash when booking in-person.

Student Discounts
High school students get half price tickets and post-secondary students receive a 25% discount for most Belfry productions (Opening Nights, special events, and some bonus shows excluded). Students need only show valid ID to claim their discount.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) providing they are received at the Box Office (in person, by mail, fax or email) at least 48 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Exchanges are $1 per ticket (free for season ticket holders). If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Service Charges
We don’t really have any. If you would like us to mail your single tickets to you in advance, we will charge you $1 to cover postage and the cost of the envelope. That’s all.
Whether you buy your tickets over the internet, by phone, or in person, we won’t charge you extra for your convenience — all part of our commitment to the best possible patron experience.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is not included.
