During Performance Weeks:

Tuesday – Saturday 9:30 am – 7pm
During Non-Performance Weeks:

For the month of July, the Belfry Box Office and Administration hours will be from 9:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The Box Office is also open one hour prior to any performance for in person sales only.
The Belfry accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online, telephone, or in-person purchases, as well as Interac, cheques (please make payable to the Belfry Theatre), and cash when booking in-person.
Ticket prices vary based on the seats you choose and the day of the week you wish to attend. Check our online ticket system or call the Box Office at 250-385-6815 to get the best available price for the performance of your choice.
For our weekday evening performances we offer a limited number of last minute rush tickets at a discount. Rush tickets are:
> available at the Box Office starting at 7:25 pm each evening (Tuesday to Friday),
> in person only,
> subject to availability, and
> 40% off our regular Zone 2 (Yellow Section) ticket prices.

Discounts will be applied to whatever seat you choose. You may be asked to show valid ID to claim your discount. Discounts cannot be combined with Rush Seating or any other offer. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) providing they are received at the Box Office (in person, by mail, fax or email) at least 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Exchanges are $1 per ticket (free for season ticket holders). If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.
We don’t really have any. If you would like us to mail your single tickets to you in advance, we will charge you $1.50 to cover postage and the cost of the envelope. That’s all.
Whether you buy your tickets over the internet, by phone, or in person, we won’t charge you extra for your convenience — all part of our commitment to the best possible patron experience.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. All ticket prices are subject to change. GST not included.
