The Box Office is also open one hour prior to any performance for in person sales only.

Discounts
Student Discounts
We have special school matinees priced at $10. When attending other performances,
high school students get half price tickets, and post-secondary students receive
a 25% discount for any Belfry production (excluding Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Opening Nights). Students need only show valid ID to claim their discount.
Senior Discounts
Seniors 65 and up receive a 10% discount for any Belfry Mainstage production (excluding Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Opening Nights).You may be asked to show valid ID when you pick up your tickets.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (within that production and subject to availability) providing they are received at the Box Office (in person, by mail, fax or email) at least 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. Exchanges are $1 per ticket (free for season ticket holders). If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.
Service Charges
We don’t really have any. If you would like us to mail your single tickets to you in advance, we will charge you $1 to cover postage and the cost of the envelope. That’s all.
Whether you buy your tickets over the internet, by phone, or in person, we won’t charge you extra for your convenience — all part of our commitment to the best possible patron experience.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is not included.
Season Tickets
Our flexible season ticket packages include four tickets, one for each of our four Mainstage productions (And Slowly Beauty…, Jitters, on the edge, God of Carnage). Or you can pick and choose with our Six Pack Vouchers.
