Annual General Meeting of the Society
October 24, 2011 at 7 pm

The Belfry Theatre Society is holding its annual general meeting on October 24, 2011. All members and interested parties are invited to attend.

The meeting will be held in the Stewart Theatre at the Belfry Theatre – 1291 Gladstone Avenue, Victoria at 7:00pm on October 24, 2011.

Audited Statements will be available for review by the members at the meeting. Only Members in good standing of the Society are allowed to vote. A Member is any individual who donated a minimum of $25.00 between June 01, 2010 and May 31, 2011.

Light refreshments will be served following the meeting with a cash bar.
